- 1 tatlı kaşığı şeker<br />
- 1 tatlı kaşığı tuz<br />
- 1 tatlı kaşığı mahlep<br />
- 1 paket kabartma tozu<br />
- Aldığı kadar un<br />
- Üzeri için 2 yumurta sarısı ve çörekotu &#8211; susam</p>
<p><strong>Yapılışı<br />
</strong>1. Bir kapta bütün malzemeyi karıştırın, yavaş yavaş ununu ilave edin. Kulak memesi yumuşaklığına gelince hamuru tezgaha alın ve özlü bir hamur elde edene kadar yoğurun.<br />
2. Hamurdan parçalar koparıp şekillendirin ve fırın tepsisine dizin. Üzerine yumurta sarısı sürüp susam veya çörek otu serpin ve 180 derece önceden ısıtılmış fırında üzerleri kızarana kadar pişirin.</p>

- 1 paket kabartma tozu<br />
- 1 paket vanilya<br />
- 1 çay kaşığı tarçın<br />
- 1 çay kaşığı zencefil<br />
- 3,5 su bardağı un (azar azar ilave edin)<br />
- Reçel, marmelat veya Nutella<br />
- Üzeri için pudra şekeri</p>
<p><strong>Yapılışı<br />
</strong>1. Oda sıcaklığındaki margarini ve diğer malzemeleri özlü bir hamur elde edene kadar güzelce yoğurun.<br />
2. Hamuru 15 dk. kadar dinlendirdikten sonra merdaneyle 3 &#8211; 5 mm. kalınlığında açın ve kurabiye kalıbıyla kesin ve fırın tepsisine dizin. 170 derecede yaklaşık 20 dk. kadar pişirin.<br />
3. Pişen kurabiyelerin birine reçel sürün, üzerine bir kurabiye daha koyun. Bu şekilde hazırlayıp servis tabağına aldığınız kurabiyelerin üzerine pudra şekeri serpin.<!--:--><!--:en--></p>

2. Kayısılı irmik tatlısını ıslatılmış bir kalıba boşaltın. Soğuduktan sonra kalıbı servis tabağına ters çevirin.<br />
3. 1 bardak kayısı suyu ile mısır nişastasını pişirerek sosu hazırlayın. 2 yemek kaşığı nişastayla hazırladığım sos pek akışkan olmadı, tatlının üzerine dökemedim, sürdüm yani :) Eğer sosun akışkan olmasını istiyorsanız nişastayı 1 yemek kaşığı koyarsanız, daha akışkan bir sos olur.<br />
